Qualifications

  • Age 18+, ID Required
  • Not pregnant/breastfeeding
  • Not diabetic, have serious heart, or skin conditions (usually requires medications)
  • Not allergic to lidocaine/anesthetics, pigmentation, or makeup
  • Avoid other treatments in procedure area within 3 weeks (Botox, chemical peel,…)
  • Follow all precare and aftercare as directed 

Previous work

Rarely do I take on clients with previous work. ALL trust and patience must be given to me, in order to give you the best brows, to the best of my ability, and what I am given to work with. If you have previous work and want me as you’re artist, you MUST:

  • contact me by text or email before booking
  • you are REQUIRED to send a clear, well lit photo, of your makeup-free brows for me to approve.
  • be faded at least 80%
  • be ok with going for a thicker/darker brow, new shape, and/or removal
  • $100 correction/coverup fee added to each appointment
  • $200 1st s session whole removal/lightning, plus follow-up removal appointments
  • $75 partial removal add on, plus follow up removal appointments

We will start from here. I will always ask for 3 selfies before your appointment. If you book without pre- approval, and show up to your appointment with previous work, you will be sent home and your deposit will be forfeited.

Deposit/cancellation

$50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required when booking to secure your appointment. This will go towards total amount due day of your appointment. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, you forfeit your deposit.

Reschedules| No Shows

  •  Any rescheduling less than 48 hours from your appointment time will be a forfeit of your deposit and another deposit will be needed to book another.
  • You may reschedule up to 2 times and rescheduled date must not exceed 6 months from initial date.
  • Any rescheduled appointments will be for the current rate.
  • No call-No shows or any notice less than 24 hours before appointment will result in a full credit card charge

 

MAKE SURE YOUR TEXT NUMBER/EMAIL IS THE SAME FROM THE TIME YOU BOOK. A REMINDER TEXT/EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE NUMBER/EMAIL YOU BOOKED WITH BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT DAY. NOTIFY ME ASAP IF THERE ARE CHANGES. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, do not reschedule 48 hours before your appointment, and/or text me to confirm your appointment within 24hrs of your appointment reminder text, your appointment is cancelled and you will be charged 50% of your service. No exceptions! You will have to reschedule and make another deposit for a new appointment. 2 no shows will block you from booking again.


Payments

  • Remainder will be due day of procedure
  • Accepting all major credit cards (Square swiped or on file), PayPal, CASH, Venmo, Zelle accepted
  • Credit Card payments: an average charge of 2.75% for swiped transactions (in person) and 3.5% +15c for manually entered transactions – will be added to your total when paying

Virtual Consultations/Previous Work Selfies

  • Unsure if brows are for you?
  • Unsure of how your brows will look?
  • Can’t set time aside for an in-person consultation?
  • Or just curious how different brows would make you look?

Answer: Virtual consultations!

There are factors that would still need to be taken into consideration and
analyzed in person. However, with this service:

  • You will send me 3 clear, well lit photos, with no makeup in procedure area:

  • I use my brow mapping skills to create brows that frame your face like they should
  • small fee, that can also be used towards your future procedure, if you decide you want your brows done
  • saves us both time during the procedure
  • able to communicate and discuss shape and expectations with no rush
  • many opportunities to change, fix, add,  lighten, darken, thin, thicken, arch, round,……….

 

Arrival

  • If you are not feeling well, coughing, or have any flu-like symptoms, please stay home and reschedule. My health & family’s health is very important so that I can continue to be a constant provider
  • Face masks are not required, but recommended
  • Due to space, only client is allowed in procedure room. Guests are welcome to wait in the lobby
  • You must arrive on time, no earlier than 5 minutes. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. Being late will create a delay to our schedule and is unfair to other clients. 

 

Expectations

  • Please have realistic expectations. We can only work with what we are given. (i.e. the shape and darkness of your previous tattoo, the amount of hair you have, your brow muscles, your brow bones, and your skin condition.)
  • Your skin type, bone structure, hair color, and skin tone will determine the brows you receive
  • Procedure/surrounding area will be stretched/pulled for proper implantation of pigment and safety 

 

Procedure

  • Your procedure will not start until you have agreed on a shape that is flattering to your facial features. Please make sure you are completely satisfied with the procedure you choose (eyebrows, lips, and/or eyeliner) before the procedure begins and before leaving the studio.
  • Everyone is different and responds to topical numbing differently.
  • The amount you bleed will affect the outcome result and therefore, may require additional sessions to achieve the desired result.
  • No phone usage during the procedure to lessen any distraction to the artist. Listening to music on earphones to relax is acceptable. 

 

Photos

Photos taken of you before, during and after your enhancement may be used for marketing purposes. Your pictures may appear on our social media pages and websites.


Touch ups

  • Touch ups are not included with initial procedures as they are not required, only recommended
  • Pricing is determined on the timeframe you return. Please review “Book Now” for details and pricing.
  • It is your responsibility to book your touchup with enough notice within the timeframe. It is recommended to book your touchup appointment within 14 days of your initial session. Therefore, we are not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances or unavailability when booking too last minute.
  • Touchup sessions are not to change the shape or color of the initial appointment. If you would like to change the shape of your enhancement during your touchup appointment, you will be charged accordingly for the service.
  • A touchup session is recommended for 8 weeks from the initial session to ensure the desired result. On a rare occasion, a client may need a third or fourth session due to having a skin type that is  more resistant. The client will be charge accordingly. 

 

NONREFUNDABLE Service

  • We cannot guarantee 100% successful result to our clients because everyone’s skin takes in permanent makeup differently.
  • There are no refunds as we have carried out the service
